Designed to meet a twenty-year lifespan requirement for this special-purpose enclosure to house sophisticated microchip technology. It is water and gas tight, and is situated in either British Telecom manholes, often flooded, roadside cross connection cabinets, or in telehone exchanges. The mouldings are in acetal and polypropelene.
