We have assigned the UK exclusive Territorial Licence to Mothercare UK, for the manufacture and marketing of our patented 'steriliser' baby feeding bottles, now on sale in Mothercare shops.

Our 'steriliser' baby feeding bottle is a major break-through in baby bottle sterilization.

Standard-necked bottles are currently being developed.

Our sterilization technique has already been granted a UK Patent and, more significantly, has been submitted to the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization, which administers the Patent Cooperation Treaty system for the worldwide filing of patent applications.

We are now in a position to offer additional exclusive, or non-exclusive, territorial licencing of our Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

The marketing and manufacturing options are as follows:

Territorial Licencing Option 1

To design, manufacture and market your own 'steriliser' bottle. If your Company does not have the technical expertise to develop, under licence, a branded 'steriliser' baby feeding bottle, MRDC would be pleased to provide a complete, and independent Product Design and Manufacturing Consultancy service.

 

Territorial Licencing Option 2

The purchase, under licence, of a supply of unbranded wide-necked 'steriliser' baby feeding bottles.
