Pour 30ml clean water into cap
Drop screw ring and disc into cap
Clip tongs onto teat.
Drop both onto screw ring threads. Do not push down into threads.
Hold bottle upside down.
Snap onto cap. Put into microwave oven for sterilising.
After sterilisation, put feed into bottle.
Lift teat from cap with tongs.
Position on bottle ready for feeding or storing.
